Are You Stupid? ("the App") is a trivia game developed by Hezi ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Anonymous Identifiers: We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to create a unique anonymous ID. We do not collect your name, email, or phone number.

Game Data: Scores, statistics, and in-game progress are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage.

Multiplayer Data: When you join a multiplayer room, your chosen display name and game scores are temporarily stored in Firebase Firestore and shared with other players in the room.

Device Information: Our advertising partners may collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) to serve personalized ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the game experience
• To enable multiplayer functionality
• To display advertisements via Google AdMob
• To process in-app purchases via Google Play and Apple App Store
• To generate AI-powered trivia questions via our server

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — for displaying ads. Google Privacy Policy
• Firebase — for anonymous authentication, multiplayer rooms, and analytics. Firebase Privacy
• Anthropic (Claude API) — for AI-generated questions. No personal data is sent to this service.
• Google Play / Apple App Store — for in-app purchases. Payments are processed entirely by the respective platform.

4. Advertising

We display ads through Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. You may see personalized ads based on your device's advertising identifier. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

Users can purchase an "Remove Ads" option to disable all advertisements.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

6. Data Retention

Multiplayer room data is automatically deleted after 2 hours. Game statistics are stored locally on your device and can be cleared by uninstalling the app.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. All API communications use HTTPS encryption.

8. Your Rights

You can:

• Delete your local data by uninstalling the app
• Reset your advertising identifier in device settings
• Opt out of personalized ads in device settings
• Request deletion of any server-side data by contacting us
